Vitamin A (Palmitate)
Vitamin A contributes to the health of our skin and scalp by promoting our blood's oxygen flow and circulation. Increased oxygen circulation to the scalp helps to nurture our scalp with the vital nutrients our hair needs for longer and stronger hair. This powerful vitamin has antioxidant properties that helps to protect our hair follicles from problems such as hair loss or hair fall. Vitamin A also helps with problems related to dryness for its ability to moisturize the scalp; it supports our body's natural oil production (known as sebum).

Biotin
Biotin is probably the single most important vitamin we can take to promote hair growth. Biotin supports the health of our scalp by producing more fatty acids which in turn help the health of our hair. A deficiency in essential fatty acids produces a number of hair problems such as dry, scaly or flaky skin, dandruff, dry, brittle hair or eczema, all of which may eventually lead to hair loss. Eating foods high in biotin or taking a biotin supplement will help to fight hair loss. Ideally, Biotin should be taken in combination with other B vitamins to enhance the benefits of biotin.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
A study of the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology highlights the use of Vitamin C to improve hair growth. The participants who were given a hair vitamin complex containing Vitamin C experienced faster hair growth compared to those who didn’t take the Vitamin C containing complex. Vitamin C is vital for our body to develop collagen, which in turn helps our hair to grow stronger.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is supporting blood circulation. Besides healing and protecting our hair, it can also help with fine lines and wrinkles on our skin. Like Vitamin A, Vitamin E helps to bring more oxygen to our scalp to promote healthy hair growth. When taken together with Vitamin C, our hair can improve its strength and elasticity even more.

Vitamin B-6
Vitamin B-6 is particularly helpful to fight hair loss. It helps our body to form cells and to bring oxygen to our scalp, soour hair follicles will be able to produce healthier hair. When taken with zinc, the two ingredients work together to help reduce a substance called DHT that can cause hair loss.

Folic Acid (Vitamin B-9)
Folic Acid helps our body to repair your DNA. It actively supports cell division so that our hair follicles can produce healthy hair.
The biggest benefit is reducing hair loss and preventing thinning. Ideally Folic Acid should be taken together with Vitamin B-12. Deficiencies can cause excessive hair breakage or hair loss.

Vitamin B-12
Vitamin B-12 boosts our hair growth by supporting our body's energy process and formation of red blood cells. Red blood cells are responsible for feeding oxygen to your scalp, which in turn helps our hair to grow longer. Taking Vitamin B-12 will is also related to higher energy and vitality.

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B-5)
Vitamin B-5 stimulates hair growth by supporting our hair's natural keratin.
Thishelps to replace hair that was lost due to excessive shedding or breakage. With a Vitamin B-5 deficiency, it is difficult for our hair to grow at a steady rate. The structure of our hair and skin depends on this Vitamin B-5 to stay healthy.
